Our framework

Mindset
Your outlook, attitudes, and beliefs can have a significant impact on your motivation, behaviour, and overall success.
Learning
Life is about constantly learning and growing as a person – there’s always new knowledge or skills you can cultivate.
Kindness
Being friendly, generous, and considerate towards others will help build strong relationships and foster positivity.
Our Story
Well Good began as a personal mission. As a mum, I watched my daughter experience severe anxiety after lockdown—panic attacks, overwhelm, and the quiet toll it took on her wellbeing. I knew something had to change.
At the same time, in my role as a patron of Burton and South Derbyshire College, I heard similar stories from students navigating their own mental health struggles. These conversations—and my daughter’s journey—inspired me to take action.
Well Good was created to offer gentle, practical support for young people and those who care for them. Everything we do is grounded in three core values: Mindset, Learning, and Kindness.
